To transfer a call or begin a three-way conference call:

1. Press an unlit line key to place the caller on hold and open a new line. The line key containing the caller should now be blinking.
2. Use the BLF keys to dial the transfer recipient or additional caller. You can also dial their number directly.
3. After the new caller answers, press the transfer or conference button followed by the blinking line key. The transfer or conferencing will be performed depending on your selection.
